RAF Northolt Project MoDEL,
TS5 Support Wing
The redevelopment of RAF Northolt is part of Project MoDEL, a £180 million construction programme which redeveloped the Ministry of Defence's estate in Greater London.
The majority of the buildings forming Phases 2 and 3 of Project MoDEL have now been handed over ready for occupation. These include facilities for the Queens Colour Squadron comprising office accommodation and a new parade square.
Buckingham Palace and Royal Albert Hall floor markings have been replicated on the ground of the parade square which will host rehearsals for ceremonial events.
Winchmore Brickwork provide the project with: labour, plant, materials and scaffolding.
